The Ministry of Construction responds to this issue as follows:

The conditions for the site commander are prescribed in Clause 1, Article 53 of the Government's Decree No. 59/2015 / ND-CP of June 18, 2015 on the management of construction investment projects.

Accordingly, in order to take the post of construction site manager, an individual must have a construction supervision consultancy certificate or a labor safety practice certificate or have experience as chief construction supervisor. build with the capacity corresponding to the type and grade of works as prescribed in this Article.
